Reservation is not confirmed unless rental agreement is signed by both parties and security deposit is received within 24 hours. Full rental payment is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received 90days or more from the start of the reservation date. A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit if cancellation is made between 30-60 days before the start of the rental date. The full deposit is forfeited if cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental date.
